I’m Ankhara Rose, M.Ed.

I’m a Sacred Business Strategist and the creator of The Success Codex! 

As a 3/6 pure generator with my sun in Keycode 62 (Decoding – The Translator), I trusted + followed my genius in synthesizing + translating what I believe are the most powerful AND empowering business aspects of Human Design, Gene Keys + Astrology, into a new, more practical and tangible system specifically to support Soul-Led Entrepreneurs like you in creating wildly successful businesses, built around their natural genius!

I love, love, love helping people to dive (heart-first) into their businesses, and teaching them simple + practical tools to keep them aligned, authentic + honoring their greatest gifts!

Truth time: My journey was hardly a walk in the park.

Despite having created and run some sort of business since the early 2000’s, from the moment I decided to make my business “successful” (as in consistent, lucrative income, plus meaningful impact), it all fell apart.

I started to doubt myself, compare myself, question my talents, desires and passions…

I felt wildly insecure due to my lack of “business training,” and so I decided I better get help:

So I did what many of do – I spent tens of thousands of dollars investing in programs to try to grow my business.

But there was a big problem – THE MORE I FOLLOWED THE ADVICE OF MY MENTORS, THE LESS I LISTENED TO AND TRUSTED MYSELF.

This resulted in even more confusion, frustration, dead ends and RESISTANCE OUT THE WAZOO.

It took me hitting rock bottom to realize there’s only one path to success.

(That might have stopped you in your tracks – ONE PATH TO SUCCESS?! Keep going… I’ll explain)

I was 2 months into a year-long mastermind for “New Earth Feminine Business Strategy” that turned out to be manipulative, pressure-based sales tactics, masked in spirituality – and everything in my being said NOPE.

I paid in full (multiple 5-figures, guys 😣), and this program so was ANTITHETICAL to who I am and what I believe that I simply could not continue.

And I had a total breakdown: me + couch + crying for weeks + total inaction + burning it all down + crippling doubt + shame + no more money to invest…

But this was also my Moment of Truth.

Because during that breakdown, I realized this:

NOTHING I LEARNED IN THESE PROGRAMS HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME…

How I am designed to work
How I am designed to create impact
How I am designed to grow
How I am designed to thrive
How I am designed to make money

It was all cookie-cutter, and despite what it promises (plug and play ease) cookie-cutter is NOT one-size fits all.

>>> It was time for me to come back to ME – to trust myself, honor myself, and create success in my business My Way. Because anything less is not SUSTAINABLE.

And since I’ve made THIS my non-negotiable in business, I’ve had:
